Natural Fragrance for Your Laundry or Home

Soap nuts are a fantastic natural detergent — eco-friendly, hypoallergenic and inexpensive to use. The only downside: unlike chemical detergents and fabric softeners, they don't leave a scent on your laundry. A few drops of pure Essential Oil solve that — in a 100% natural way.

Our essential oils are 100% pure and natural, without additives or dilution. The 5ml brown glass dropper bottle protects the oil from light, so the scent and quality last longer. The dropper allows precise, drop-by-drop dosing — one bottle lasts a long time.

How to use it with soap nuts

Three simple ways to naturally scent your laundry:

• On the soap nut bag: add 5 to 10 drops of essential oil directly to the wash bag containing your soap nuts and place it in the drum as usual.
• In the fabric softener compartment: add 5 to 10 drops to the fabric softener compartment of your washing machine. The oil spreads through the laundry during the final rinse cycle.
• On a wool or cotton dryer ball: a few drops on the dryer ball for fresh-smelling laundry straight from the dryer.

Tip: start with 5 drops and adjust the amount to taste. Lavender has a slightly softer scent, while orange comes through a bit stronger.

Choose your scent

Lavender — soft and floral

Lavender is the classic choice for fresh laundry. Its soft, floral scent lingers subtly in your washing. Our lavender oil is extracted from Bulgarian Lavandula Officinalis through steam distillation of fresh flowers. Great for: bedding, towels, underwear, everyday clothing.

Orange — fresh and cheerful

Orange oil gives your laundry a sunny, fresh scent. Our orange oil is obtained by cold-pressing the peel of sweet oranges (Citrus Sinensis). Great for: sportswear and casual clothing, tea towels, bath textiles, summer clothing.

Also great for atmosphere at home

Not just for laundry — our essential oils also work wonderfully in an aroma diffuser, on a scent stone, or with your salt lamp for a lovely fragrance at home.

• Aroma diffuser: 3 to 6 drops in the water reservoir.
• Scent stone or salt lamp with scent bowl: a few drops on the stone or in the bowl.
• In the bath: mix 10 to 15 drops with a neutral bath oil or milk.

Combine for your own scent blend

Lavender and orange blend beautifully together. Try 3 drops of lavender with 3 drops of orange on your wash bag for a soft, cheerful scent — wonderful on bedding.

Safe use

Intended for external use in laundry, on textiles, or for diffusion. Do not apply undiluted to the skin — essential oils are highly concentrated. Always dilute with a carrier oil for skin use. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes.

Please note for orange oil: citrus oils are phototoxic. Avoid direct sunlight on the skin within 12 hours of skin contact.

Washing at high temperatures: essential oil is flammable in its pure form. Use in laundry is safe (due to dilution with water), but never put pure oil on dry fabric in the dryer without a water phase beforehand.
