Refund policy

 

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of receipt of the product. From the moment you notify us of the return, you then have 14 days to send the product back.

The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us and we will send you a shipping label with which you can return the item.

For returning the order, the return shipping costs are at your expense.
We will credit the amount within 14 days.
Please include the invoice and/or packing slip and this completed withdrawal form with the item.

Place the original product with all supplied accessories in an outer box, or use the Himalayastyling box.

Ensure sturdy packaging so that nothing can be damaged during return transport.

Warranty

Despite our utmost care and inspection, it is possible that you discover a material or manufacturing defect after purchase. We therefore recommend checking the delivered items carefully immediately upon receipt.

At the moment you have a complaint about the product, we always ask for photos of the complaint or defect before actually sending it in. If approved, we will send you the return label to return the product with the complaint free of charge so that we can examine it.

We always try to think along with our customers and hope to resolve all complaints properly.

Himalaystyling will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by Himalaystyling for the returned product (if the entire order is returned), without delay and within 14 days following the day on which the consumer informs us of the withdrawal. Unless Himalaystyling offers to collect the product itself, we may wait with the refund until we have received the product or until the consumer proves that the product has been sent back, whichever is earlier. Himalaystyling will use the same means of payment for the refund that the consumer used, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
If the consumer has chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, Himalaystyling does not have to refund the additional costs for the more expensive method.
